Are you considering booking a photography session with us but have some burning questions? Look no further! We've compiled a list of the top five questions we frequently receive to help you better understand our services and make your booking experience as smooth as possible.
1. What is Our Turnaround Time?
One of the most common questions we get is about our turnaround time. We understand that you're eager to get your hands on those beautiful photos, and we're just as excited to deliver them to you! Our standard turnaround time is 24 hours, but we also offer a same-day service for a small upcharge. So, whether you're planning ahead or need your photos in a hurry, we've got you covered.
2. What Areas Do We Cover?
Our photography services are available without a travel fee (or for a minimal fee) across a wide range of locations in Colorado. From as far north as Fort Collins to the southern landscapes of Colorado Springs, and as far west into the mountains as far as Glenwood Springs. We've been hired outside of these areas, but the travel fees are higher to compensate for travel and potential stays overnight. Most of our customers are located in Denver, Boulder, Longmont, Parker, and Aurora.
3. What Do We Do If It Rains?
Weather can be unpredictable, especially in Colorado. If it starts to rain during your scheduled session, don't worry – we've got a plan. Typically, we'll wait it out. However, if the rain persists for longer than two hours, we suggest rescheduling to ensure you get the best possible photos in ideal conditions.
4. What If It's Cloudy?
Cloudy days are a blessing in disguise for photography. They create soft, diffused light that enhances colors and minimizes harsh shadows. So, rest assured, we love shooting on cloudy days! Your photos will turn out beautifully, showcasing the true vibrancy of your surroundings.
5. Is There a Checklist?
We understand that planning for a photography session can be overwhelming, which is why we provide a preparation checklist for each booking. This checklist will help you prepare for the session, ensuring that everything runs smoothly on the day of your shoot.
6. Blinds Up or Down?
A common question related to indoor photography is whether to keep the blinds up or down. Our recommendation? Pull them up! Natural light can work wonders for your photos, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. So, let that beautiful natural light flood into your space, and let us work our magic.
We hope these answers to your top five questions have provided you with valuable insights into our photography services. If you have any more queries or are ready to book your session, don't hesitate to get in touch with us here.
